MAG (Infomir) Box SETUP GUIDE
1. Go to settings
2. Select System Settings
3. Go to Servers
4. Select Portals
5. Under Portal Name enter in 4K ZONE.
6. Enter the Portal URL seen below
- http://(Put Url given by Service Provider)
7. Provide your MAC address starting with 00:1A:79 to us when you place your order.
8. Send payment for your order and wait for the “Activation Confirmation” email from us.
4. Reboot your device and restart the portal.
Common mistakes and issues.
If you get a never-ending loading screen it usually means we have not yet activated your service or there is a discrepancy in the MAC address you provided and the one we activated.
