Refund Policy

Please Do Not Purchase The Service Until You Test

We do not offer refunds once your account has been set up or the service provider had activated your account. Once your payment is received, your IPTV service will be set up. Once your account is set up payment has gone through to the leading provider of the IPTV service and refunds are not available.

We will not be able to make any refunds (or make a partial refund) if:

The customer didn’t satisfy/like the channel line-up or performance. We suggest every customer go for a test before buying subscriptions.

The customer is unable to set up their own box at their end. We will provide our support to set up their boxes, however, because we do not know about the circumstances with the box, our support is limited to pre-defined steps for configurations.

If some channels are freezing or not working. Though almost all of our servers are stable, sometimes channels do freeze or don’t work due to various reasons.

However, most of the time, these issues are temporary and caused by the following reasons:

  1. Customer internet fluctuations
  2. An issue with the box
  3. Your isp has an issue
  4. Wifi router issue dropping bandwidth
  5. Channel is down from the server end or app issues with the servers
  6. The customer changes his/her mind and wants to withdraw/switch between servers
  7. Customers can still subscribe to other servers by purchasing a new subscription.

Iptv speed requirements

For IPTV, you will need a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps. This should give you a good quality standard definition IPTV streaming service.

For HD IPTV and FHD streaming, you will need at least a 25 Mbps internet connection. Even with this speed, you may still only receive 720 HD quality and not the full 1080 HD quality.

The higher-quality 4k (ultra HD or UHD) frame is 4096×2160 pixels and requires a connection speed of about 45–65 Mbps

It is impossible for us to be responsible for
your internet speed and quality
the quality of service provided by your devices
your experience in setting up your devices
so with the above information in mind, we offer and advise everybody to make use of our free 24-hour trial package before ordering one of our IPTV subscriptions.
By taking a free trial you can more easily judge the quality of our service and decide whether our service is suitable for your use.

Different video formats also have different bandwidth requirements. In general, the minimum bandwidth for streaming is 25mbps for standard-definition video and 35mbps for high-definition video.

Please note that these speeds are enough when only one device is connected to the network. You should also keep peak traffic hours in mind.

How to check internet speed
it’s easy to see how fast your internet is running. Open the website https://www.speedtest.net/ and click “go.” The website automatically tests your download and upload speeds.

It also checks the ping time to the server. This is how long it takes to establish a connection with the server.

Latency
latency is generally described as being how long it takes for a transmitted data packet to reach its destination. Every network has some degree of latency.

A little latency isn’t a problem, even with IPTV, as it’s to be expected. With that said, high latency can cause streaming issues. High latency is commonly referred to as “lag.”

Packet loss
packet loss is another problem that affects streaming speeds. This is when a data packet doesn’t reach its destination. Your tv can’t display information that it doesn’t receive from the server.

Given that almost every IPTV transmission device doesn’t have a re-transmit function, packet loss leads to an instant drop in viewing quality.

Jitter
jitter refers to changes in latency. Your stream jitters when latency suddenly increases. Jittering is one of the least worrying things on the list of factors affecting streaming quality.

It’s the one thing that you can do something about on your end. Pause the video and let the stream catch up and wait through a little buffering and you’re fine.

Even so, too much jitter can cause other problems that detract from your overall viewing experience. It’s easy to fix, but that doesn’t make it bearable.

the more people there are accessing a network, the slower it becomes for everyone connected. Iptv streams tend to run slower when everyone is watching.
